At Araza Natural Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all full-sized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 75% full and includes all original components.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
